Just about all of Tom Hanks films are just out-standing, which is why it is no shock he is the highest-grossing actor of all time. It took a good while to think, but one movie just kept screaming to me, even when I tried to widen my gaze to old-western crap and ‘under-rated’ indie movies. Saving Private Ryan to ME will forever be the greatest movie of all time, and the greatest tribute to those who died for us in the greatest war of all time.
